Job Description: We are looking for a passionate cook to join our dynamic team in a Peruvian cuisine restaurant located in the heart of Paris. You will play a key role in preparing dishes, from selecting fresh ingredients to artistically plating dishes, while preserving the authentic flavors of Peru.
Main Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes according to traditional Peruvian recipes. Ensure careful and creative plating of dishes. Rigorously apply hygiene and food safety standards. Participate in stock management and ordering of ingredients. Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain an efficient and harmonious working environment.
Required Qualifications:
Professional experience in cooking, ideally in Peruvian or Latin American cuisine. Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards. Ability to work effectively in a team. Passion for cooking and desire to learn new culinary techniques. Fluency in French; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
